Our menu emphasises un-processed food that is as close to it's natural form as possible.

We focus on seasonal fruit, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds.

We do use ethically sourced honey in our kitchen, as well as offering dairy as an option for hot drinks.

Our entire menu is vegan friendly, and gluten-free options are available,

as we want to be inclusive of all dietary and lifestyle choices.

Our food is made strictly with natural ingredients with no preservatives or artificial flavouring.

We do not deep-fry and use minimal amounts of oil when cooking.

We use naturally fermented sourdough as our bread of choice and make our own staples where possible,

such as almond milk, coconut milk, date paste, granola, vanilla cashew cream, and spiced chai mix.

We activate our nuts by soaking them overnight,

which makes them easier to digest and removes any anti-nutrients.
